Kat and I actually met one of these free hugs people a couple months ago during one of our many trips to third street promenade. It can be either really creepy or really sweet depends on my mood that day (i got a hug that day i think). but these people are probably genuine.

everything aside, i like hugs! ^^ maybe only from people i know. hmmm.
