the graduate

nope, still not getting my lazy butt to develop this blog.

on friday i went to my friend’s graduation at CSUF. after that we went to Bari Bari, which is an awesome teppanyaki place. the chef was entertaining, and the owner was sooo nice! he referred to me as his “asian sister” and thanked me for “bringing all these american people” (i was actually brought there). that’s when i noticed i was the ONLY asian customer in that place and it was already pretty packed! i thought that was pretty odd for an asian restaurant, but maybe i’m just used to going to k-town or something.

and then when i got home, i received the invitation letter for my own graduation! it still doesn’t sink that i now have a Bachelor of Science degree. i’m not so pumped up for the graduation since i already ‘graduated’ two months ago… dot dot dot. and guess what my tassel color is? orange. it’s not even warm orange or anything, it’s this cheesy neon highlighter orange. way to make us look odd, school of engineering :(. the bachelor of arts people get to wear this pretty white tassel and i am insanely jealous since that would match my lavender and silver sash.

so basically, June 16 will be a marathon graduation for me. one at 12:30 (my own), 4:00 and 6:00. nuts!
