The day I met Veronica Mars
*still very starstruck* I saw Kristen Bell. also known as Veronica Mars. this is what i posted at a VM community:
i live in westwood and we have movie premiers on weekly basis, so normally i don’t get giddy over it. today, i stopped by the theatre since my sister and i spontaneously decided to buy Harry potter’s midnight showing (we were originally plannign to see it tomorrow). at the same time the theatre is doing Hairspray movie premier so we thought we’ll just stick around and watch for a bit since there aren’t that many people.
just as we were about to leave, i spotted a familiar figure on the red carpet. it took em a couple seconds to register, then i thought to myself — as i grabbed my sister’s shoulder (she’s also a VM fan) — “no. freakin. way.” and… yep, ladies and gentlemen, it was Kristen! she was sooooo pretty and looks exactly as she does on tv. we and a bunch of other people shouted her name, she turned around and waved and blew kisses. what a sweetie!! :D :D
okay, just thought i would share that. i wish i have pictures to share, but i didn’t bring my camera :( she was literally 10 feet away from us! look out for hairspray premier pics, she was absolutely gorgeous in her navy dress and her black platform heels
i’m still kicking myself for not having a camera on me while it happened, so i went home and bought one. i got the pink Sony DSC-W55 i’ve been pining over, and officially preordered a copy of Deathly Hallows. and yea, we are also watching Harry Potter OoTP first viewing tonight, despite me saying we weren’t going to. oh well, i also said i preordered the book when i haven’t. i lie a lot :P
eeeeeee so excited! :)
I am NOT spending anymore money after this. I’m not poor or anything, but i think it’s time to put a limit on myself. i’ve been spending like i’m rich :( which i am not.
time to nap so i don’t die tomorrow or fall asleep during the movie…
