Weekend Recap
oh man, Sunday already? feels like it’s still Saturday :( i hate it when the weekend went by so quickly.
on Friday me and Kat went to Maloney’s for early drinks. we discovered they serve food! apparently it’s not a new thing since everyone knew about it. she ordered chicken wings which was deliciously juicy but came with a bunch of unfresh celeries. i gagged when i ate the first stalk. then i spent the weekend with Nico. i took him out to Korean BBQ for late-ish dinner at Mu Dung San because i kept hearing people rave about this place. when we got there, it turns out i had already been there back when they were just opened in 2005! it was good food, but the waiters are pretty inattentive. you have to flag them down and they rarely check up on you even when the place is not that busy!
on Saturday we watched a couple TV shows plus Saw II on my laptop (because i’ve never watched it before) and then went to watch a late night showing of Saw IV. i skipped Saw III because i was told it wasn’t all that great, but i think i’ll watch it now just because. i’m already too jaded by the whole series anyways.
then today, woke up to daylight savings time which makes everything goes by slowly. it’s 1PM now but it totally doesn’t feel like it… i played some (more) warcraft while waiting around for Nico to finish his stuff and take me home. oh, and i saw this British Punch video on digg that made me laugh like NO other. i just couldn’t stop laughing even though it’s apparently not that funny???
anyways, my tummy hurts. ate wayyyy too much meat this weekend :x but i’m glad i got to spend time with Nico :)
PS: x-files 2 officially announced to start filming on December and will be released on July 2008. do you have ANY idea how excited i am for this? no, no you don’t.
