Long time no write

aaahhh i forgot about this blog :x. what have i been up to? work. literally. but i don’t really want to talk about that here.

On Saturday anna and i woke up at the crack of dawn and went to stand in line for the — wait for it — R&R sample sale! i’m officially sucked in. it was NUTS. we got there at 7 and there were already 80 people ahead of us. then we were finally let in at around 10, and proceeded to shop for about three hours. my arms were sore the next day because holding 8-10 jeans at a time for hours is like a full on work out at the gym. i witnessed people buying boxes and boxes of jeans. i, on the other hand, only got three jeans.

Then we went to eat at Rally’s, who has the BEST fries ever. i fell in love on my first bite. their spicy chicken burger was really good as well. it’s funny how i used to “live” a block away from the place but i never went there!

Anyways, i’ve got a Thanksgiving plan! it’s exciting because my family is not american enough to celebrate Thanksgiving and we have no relatives here in the US, so Thanksgiving day for me is usually not very festive… and ever since i live in LA, it became uber lonely and quiet because everyone else left for their hometown. so quiet you can hear a pin drop from a mile away.

also, someone told me i should try wearing perfume. um, okay that sounded bad, but he wasn’t implying that i stink or anything (at least i hope not! >:O) so i’ve been looking around for a scent that i like. before this, i use body sprays from Bath & Body Works, but those don’t last very long.
