First Post in 2008!

Happy new year everyone!! I just thought i would want to look back to this post one day and remember what I did for the first hour of 2008… because i don’t remember Jan 1, 2007 at all.

This year I spent New Years Eve with my family for dinner and then with Kat and a bottle of strawberry daiquiri malt liquor for the rest of the night. we watched stuff on youtube and TV for awhile, but being the grandmas that we are, we pretty much PASSED OUT at around 10 PM. I managed to wake up ten mins before the count down so i watched the recording of the times square ball dropping while still half sleeping.

after the countdown, I walked over to my cellphone and saw that I had missed a phone call and a voice mail from Nico (the reception in Kat’s apartment building isn’t the best). was a bit upset at first because i wanted to do the countdown together, but I called him back and we chatted for a couple minutes… then I headed back home and that was pretty much my night :)

Also, this is a no-brainer but it was pretty much impossible to send text messages! *rawr*

Now i’m wiiiiide awake and wondering what to do.

Anyways! i saw this on digg a couple days ago, and it really made me happy so i’ll share it here:
