Medieval Times
I went to a dinner and show thing for the first time in my life today! :D I went with Nico for his cousin’s birthday. we went to this show called Medieval Times in Buena Park
They gave us those crowns at the entrance.
The menu consisted of soup, roasted chicken, ribs, roasted potatoes and pastries, which were all decent. we had to eat without utensils too, because apparently silverwares weren’t invented yet back then?? weeeird.
we were the black and white tribes. i think in total there were seven different colors. our knight was defeated in the first round though.
in conclusion… i thoroughly enjoyed everything! before this, i’ve never even heard of the concept of dinner and show so this was a very fascinating experience for me.
during the show, some funny convo went on:
Nico: (to me) your moooom
Nico’s mom: (peeks out from next to me) yes?
and then when i was in line for bathroom after show:
mom: i’m sorry, could you let us go first? we’re going to have an accident in about three seconds if she doesn’t go (referring to her three year old daughter)
girl behind me: (after we let the mom go first) so what? i’m about to have an accident too and i’m eighteen…
