TGIF!!

Date: Friday, March 7, 2008 Categories: food

YAY it’s friday!! i am wearing casual clothes right now and i love it. i bought a lacy cami from forever 21 (it was really cheap. like $7 cheap) and layered it with my pink AE tank top. i was inspired to layer things after i saw Alexis Bledel’s outfit from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (which btw i love). before this i’m not too fond of layering things because it makes me feel fat, but i guess it’s okay

yesterday I had dinner with Kat at C&Os. i ate so much that I woke up still full this morning. we shared an individual size of Linguini Marsala Pollo and calamari, which came in gigantic portions so we were way full after that. oh and we ate a lot of killer garlic rolls too. i love C&Os!

before dinner, i took the Culver City bus #6 to the direction of LAX so I can meet Kat halfway. man, i am not taking that bus again, ever. it was so crowded that the bus would pass their stops a couple times because they couldn’t take any more passengers. one guy was getting pissed off because he claims that they got passed twice already. i got passed once and i consider myself lucky to be able to get on the bus.

i got hit on by some weirdos. when i was at the bus stop, i sat down on one of the bleachers cause i dropped all my quarters into my purse and had to fish it out (usually i don’t sit on them for many reasons). as i was doing that, some guy sat down next to me and just started telling me his life stories. wth! no “hi”, no “how are you”… he just literally started blabbing away and i couldn’t do anything but listen and nod. he told me about his first love, his job, his brother, his whatever… i kinda stopped listening halfway. he was a nice guy though. when we got on the bus, he let me have his seat. he claimed he wasn’t hitting on me but later asked for my phone number anyways (i turned him down). oh well…

another funny thing, we had to stand on some portion of the bus ride. he stood next to me still trying to tell me things i don’t particularly care about, so i got tired listening to this guy and turned my back on him pretending to fiddle with my purse. right as i did that, the guy who was standing in front of me started trying to make conversation with me! “is that your lunch?” he asked. “where do you work?” “do you like working there?”. the bus was so crowded so i couldn’t escape. i just answered his questions to be polite, but inside i wanted to scream.

no, i don’t like making small talks with random strangers.
