Full-rack Baby Back Ribs @ Dallas

Dallas Restaurant & Bar is located at Boat Quay, a water-front location at the heart of Singapore’s central business district area. It’s one of those places that makes you forget you’re in Asia, due to the crowds that hang around the area (mostly foreigners) and the way the place is built.

On monday and tuesday nights, Dallas offers their BBQ baby back ribs at 50% off – which means you can have an awesome full rack ribs for just SGD15 (* before tax and service charge).

Not being able to turn down such good deal, off I went with the usual crew of 7 on a Tuesday night. We all ordered the full-rack baby ribs, half berry half fiery (except for Parissa and Mike who ordered a full rack of berry and fiery). I’m glad you can do half and half because both were delish! The meat  just *melts* in your mouth. Also the wedge fries are to die for, just like the ones back in the states. it totally reminds me of BJ’s wedge fries. back when I used to go every weekend, I would purposely order sandwiches just because they came with a side of wedge fries :D

I also split a bottle of syrah with Will, which makes the meal even more perfect! Though I think I drank a lot more than he did…

Anyway, great company and awesome food, what more can a girl ask for on an otherwise boring Tuesday night?
