Ichiban Boshi @ Centrepoint
I’ve actually been to Ichiban Boshi many times before, but never got around to writing about it.
My friend Gavin introduced me to this chain awhile back when I first came to Singapore, and ever since then we would meet up and grab dinner here since we’re both very fond of their scallop avocado roll and the salmon mayo avocado roll. I’ve only been to this place with him before and each time I’d let him order whatever he wants and we’d have a huge sushi feast, so I wasn’t aware of their other menu (they seriously have so many.. like there were four different menus on the table!). That is until I had dinner here with Will on Sunday.
Appetizer – Tofu salad with nutty dressing. I love the little crispy string things!
MY SALMON AVOCADO MAYO ROLL! it’s sooo yummy! when I go with G we’d easily order like 3-4 plates of these and the scallop avocado (I wasn’t kidding when I said huge sushi feast)
Will’s chicken set. it was SO good but unfortunately I can’t remember the name :( it was something very long. I even looked it up again on the menu after, but I still forgot.
more of my sushi! salmon, tuna, tobiko, and scallop avocado, which is not pictured above, probably because I gobbled it up right after it was served. I can’t decide which one I like more, the scallop avocado or salmon avocado!
my last order – salmon hand roll. I was all salmon-ed out that day!
