Din Tai Fung @ 313 Somerset
My mom was in Singapore last week, so naturally I took her to do what Singapore is best known for: Food and Shopping! We went to check out the ZARA sale at 313 Somerset, which also houses Din Tai Fung on their B2 level. you know how fond I am of Xiao Long Bao, so of course I had to check it out!
The place is exceptionally busy on weekends, quite understandably, so they made us order ahead of time by giving us queue number and a check list menu.
Braised Tofu. Pretty good, but it was a bit salty at first. I like tofu though so I’m not complaining!
Noodles with veggie dumpling. Was just ok. Should have skipped this because we were so full in the end. I was only there for the Xiao Long Bao anyway.
Veggie and Pork dumpling! These are quite yummy but a bit dry if you don’t dip it in vinegar.
and finally, the glorious Xiao Long Bao. I LOVE IT! I can’t decide if I like this one or Crystal Jade more. I think I like all Xiao Long Bao’s the same!
