Cooking!
I bought a non-stick pan fryer the other day, and it is the most wonderful thing I’ve ever bought. I didn’t realize how easy, quick and cheap it is to make a healthy meal out of a simple pan fryer!

Pan fried a piece of chicken breast fillet with the help of a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. ate it with butterhead lettuce, chickpeas (my favorite!!) and baby tomatoes. for dressing, i’ve been obsessed with this Mizkan sesame with roasted peanut japanese dressing! it’s awesome!!

This is not a great picture, but it’s my second attempt at searing salmon and it turned out perfectly. i marinated it with the usual salt and pepper and some lemon juice, then pan fried it for a couple mins each side on high heat. it turned out so soft and juicy and perfect! ate it with some soba (which i accidentally burned, as you can see) and the mizkan dressing again. oh, and baby tomatoes of course =)

Random picture of a cupcake I got at work the other day. So pretty and yummy! except i didn’t eat the icing since i don’t like fondant.

a kitty who lives downstairs of my block! so cuuuuuute
